Animal Kingdom...what do we do with that? Currently, Animal Kingdom is an awesome spectacle, but is still a half day (maybe full day) park. Due to animal care logistics, this is by far the largest park, but there really isn't that much inside for the guests to experience. It is also primarily a day park, but they are trying to make it more of a night park as well with the opening of the nighttime safari, the rivers of light show, and the soon to be opened Pandora. However, this still will lack and some things need to be addressed.

The addition of Pandora can be interesting, but with only two attractions and a restaurant, let's not get our hopes up too much. The problem is that this cost so much money that new additions to the park will likely be rare in the near future. The opening of the Rivers of Light show have also seen underwhelming reviews. What new
attractions need to come? Personally, I think the park needs a new, top quality show. Nemo and Lion King are pretty tired and perhaps something new is in order. I would also revamp the Bug's life attraction, make some more walk through animal exhibits (traditional zoo style), make a new dinosaur attraction, and perhaps can we start thinking about the creation of Beastly Kingdom again? Also, Rafiki's planet watch should stay, but could be re-themed a bit to include either a Jungle Book or Zootopia theme.

AK is still a second rate park compared to MK and EPCOT (IMHO), but in terms of overall aesthetic and quality it is still a site to see and a MUST SEE for any vacation. However, new additions are necessary in order to unclog the jams in the crowded areas.
Thoughts?
